New season, new Reva colors

I’m a big, big fan of the Tory Burch Reva flat ($195).  And just in time for fall, a new color:

Oh my.  I’m drooling a little bit.  Isn’t that just the most perfect shade of plum?  And though I love the original gold or silver medallion on the toe, the discreet leather one is gorgeous too.  (And nice because you don’t have to worry about coordinating your jewelry or the hardware on your bag to the hardware on your shoe.  What?  No one else worries about these sort of things?  Just me?  Really?)

And just in case you’re not already in the loop on this, let me fill you in.  Tory Burch Revas are, hands down, the most comfortable flat on the market.  And I mean that.  They are worth every penny.  They are divine.

And here’s a quick tip:  Order a half size down.  They’ll be a little tight at first but the leather will very soon stretch out and you’ll have the perfect fit.  I learned this the hard way with my first pair.  I got my regular size and they felt great at first but eventually the leather stretched and my heel kept coming out of them as I pounded the pavement all over Paris.

Tory for your toes

Well, you’ve got the bag…  Might as well get the flip flops ($45)!  After my post about Tory Burch bags yesterday, a commenter gave me a good idea for today’s post.  Tory flip flops (or thongs, if you prefer) are one of summer’s little luxuries.  I love them because they’re a great way to dress up your feet while still getting away with wearing a flip flop.  They come in lots of designs and colors and my favorite touch is the little gold tone double T logo medallion.

In the interest of full disclosure though, I have to admit that I own a pair of these and the design started wearing off under my heel and the ball of my foot. I guess it’s just the nature of the product (it is, afterall, just a printed rubber flip flop) but I was a bit surprised at first.  That said, I’m still going to buy another pair this summer.

Take Tory to the beach

The big discussion in my family at the moment is our annual beach trip.  So while everyone else is thinking about the location of our week-long rental, I’m thinking about a new beach bag.  Tory Burch, I’ve got your number.

Every season, Tory Burch releases the roomy and practical Tory Tote ($250) in new prints and colors.  This season’s collection has something for everyone – from the pink and green for the prepsters to the world textile look for the hippy chic to the classic navy for the Jackie O. set.

Which one floats your sailboat?

Eyelet delight

Must be the upcoming 77 degree temperatures expected this weekend.  I can’t think of any other explanation for my sudden fondness for all things crisp, light and 100% cotton.

Tory Burch proves she knows more than chic comfortable flats with this lovely eyelet skirt ($395).  The inverted pleats add a little volume, which balances out the streamlined silhouette.  Pair with a slim tee for the perfect warm weather look.
